Coastal Homes is one of the last of the local boutique builders where you work directly with the owner of the business. Alan Little is the founder and director of Coastal homes but it is also a family passion. Alan's wife Kim and daughter Kiara help with the office work and Alan's son, Trent, is building houses along side their friendly team of carpenters and tradesman. They pride themselves on helping owners to shape their home from the ground up, whether using an architect or tailoring your dreams into one of their several outstanding award winning designs.
