B & V Maintenance Services is essentially a company that “Cares to be Different” 
It may sound a little silly, but to be perfectly honest, it’s really what we’re all about! 
 
In our own personal lives we had became increasingly disillusioned working for and dealing with large companies that 
kept telling us how wonderful they were, how good there service was, what good value they were, when all along their 
motivation was purely based on profit. They tell you all these nice feel good things, while they cut back on staff, import 
poor quality products from overseas and put age before experience... Again, all in the name of profit! 
 
We decided we didn’t want to be part of the problem any longer, we wanted to be part of the solution! 
 
What could we do? 
 
Go into business for ourselves! and utilise the fresh ideas & skills we had, while doing something we enjoyed. 
 
B & V Maintenance Services was born. We first started out offering a basic range of services that incorporated garage 
door repairs and new opener installations, and a home handyman service. Over a short period of time we also added 
car detailing, window cleaning and garden maintenance. Now essentially offering a whole home maintenance package. 
Although we’re still a relatively new company in the scheme of things, we bring many years of experience and a desire 
to be a little “old school” in everything we do. 
 
We’re proudly WA owned and operated. We support local businesses where we can, and try to give every customer we 
deal with “a fair go” We don’t aim to be the cheapest, but we price ourselves responsibly, and offer good value for money 
by always doing that little bit extra. We would always prefer to make a little less at the end of the day, and leave with you 
totally happy to call us back again, than try to make a quick buck and it be the last we ever see of you. Repeat business 
is what we pride ourselves on.
