Baby Disco is a family oriented Dance Party that is held in a real Nightclub on a Sunday Afternoon. This is a daytime dance party for parents, toddlers and children located in Collingwood VIC.

Following the amazing popularity overseas of events where parents and children come together to participate in an afternoon of dance, BabyDisco has been set up in Australia. Blue Velvet is a family-owned entertainment venue. Dr Cameron L Jones and his mum Elisabeth Jones own and operate Blue Velvet Bar & Nightclub. Cameron brings over 16 years experience in education as a University level academic, while Elisabeth continues to operate a Child Care Centre in Melbourne which has been established for 14 years. Cameron is also a proud parent of a 4 month old little girl. You can expect professional DJ's at each event. DJ Teddy Bear is our resident DJ and will be playing a broad range of contemporary dance, retro, house, R&B, and classic disco. He has worked at the venue for a number of years, and has DJ'd about town at: MegaBar, Insignia, Velour, Heaven Nightclub, Bar Code (Crown), The Carlton Hotel, The Turf Bar, and Ivy Nightclub. Special Guest: Robyn Byron, BSW (Hons), DipFamTherapy, will hold a 10 minute talk on "The Brady Bunch - How To Create The Perfect Blended Family" at 3:30pm in the Chill-Out Playroom. Robyn has worked at The Council for Single Mothers and their Children and is currently at Berry Street, which is the largest child and family welfare organisation in Victoria. Robyn is also a mother of a 13 year old daughter and runs her own private practice Therapeutic Conversation.
