Collaroy Landscapes is a Landscape Contractors and Designers company located in North Narrabeen NSW.

Collaroy Landscapes have been trading on the Northern Beaches and North Shore of Sydney since 1987. Iva and Sam Davies are the principles of this small family business, and are passionate about creating your dream garden.  
 
With modern lifestyles getting busier and busier there is a real need to unwind and lose the world occasionally and where better to relax than the privacy of your own garden. 
 
Iva and Sam believe your garden should be an extension of your internal space, and draw you and others to its beauty. A well-planned garden should cater to all your needs and provide you with your urban sanctuary. 
 
Following is a list of services- some or all may help you with your project. 
 
Mini Excavator  
This versatile machine can squeeze down to 98cm wide for difficult sites and can really get through some serious work! It comes with a rock breaker, an orga for drilling, and is also available for hire. 
 
Driveways  
We are approved contractors in many council areas for crossovers and driveways. We can offer many different driveway finishes from stamped concrete to paved, and then ensure it flows into your landscape creatively. 
 
 
Landscape Lighting and Sound 
Spoil yourself with integrated soft lighting and speakers nestled between the foliage. Grab your favourite bottle of red and totally lose yourself for the evening. When planned for, conduits and cabling can be installed during construction. This saves digging up your landscape later! 
 
Rubbish Removal 
We can provide you with a 4 cubic metre tipping trailer at very competitive rates. 
 
 
Indonesian Stone  
Several years ago on a holiday to Bali Iva and Sam stumbled across yards full of beautiful stone suitable for paving and tiling. Noticing that the product was far from perfect (meaning laying was difficult and timely) a quality control process was set up in Bali and still continues today, ensuring the stone arrives packaged professionally and is of a very high standard. Modern sizes are available. 400x400mm and 600x300mm are very popular. Special sizes are also available for pool surrounds and coping.  
 
One feature of this stone that has everyone talking is its ability to remain cool, even on the hottest of summer days. It really is a wonderful surface for pools and patios it can even be used in bathrooms and kitchens for that unique finish to a special project.

Project Management  
Large projects are not a problem for Iva and crew, with a great bunch of mates that include brickies, concretors, electricians, plumbers and more. All are hand picked and really know their trade. And because they have been working on Collaroy Landscapes projects for years, they are available, reliable and part of the team. Iva will organize and supervise and keep you up to date during the whole project, ensuring things are done efficiently and at the appropriate stage. Watering Systems 
Drip line irrigation systems are the equivalent of under floor heating ard lay beneath the mulch. They are very efficient, waste no water and are still currently water board approved. So all you need to decide is wether you need a fully automatic system or manual system and we will do the rest. This is a lot more affordable than you might think. 
 
Consultation Service 
Take advantage of our consultation service- if you are planning to take on your own project then you may want to consider using Iva to help co-ordinate the project to give it that professional finish. You may need some help with structual advice, or perhaps a drainage plan, or simply to help choose the right plants. You will find this service extremely useful and it will save you money in the long run.
