Consultations 
An appointment, at a time to suit you, means no waiting. However, priority is always given to an emergency if it arises. 
 
Preventative Health Care 
Vaccinations, Desexing, Flea & Tick Control, Heartworm Prevention and Worming. 
 
Anaesthetics 
A large range of anaesthetics, so the best combination can be used for your pet. 
 
Surgery 
A fully equipped surgery for common and advanced procedures. 
 
Pain Relief 
All pets undergoing surgery receive pain-relieving medication. 
 
Radiology 
A powerful X-ray machine to take excellent radiographs of your pet. 
 
Respiratory Monitors 
These are used during all anaesthetic procedures to ensure the safety of your pet. 
 
Pathology 
Blood tests and microscopic examinations can be done quickly in house. We also use the expert pathology services of a veterinary laboratory. 
 
Treatment of Sick and Injured Animals 
A full range of diagnostics and treatments for all medical conditions. 
 
Hospitalisation 
Our hospital ward has quality stainless steel cages and soft bedding. A heating pad is used when necessary for extra warmth. 
 
Specialists and Referrals 
Some cases require specialist treatment and we have access to some of the best specialists in Australia. 
 
Wildlife 
We provide treatment of all sick or injured wildlife free of charge.

Exotic and Unusual Pets 
We have a special interest in exotic and unusual pets, including reptiles, fish and pocket pets (mice, rats, etc)

It is our policy to always offer our clients treatment options so they are able to have input into the most appropriate course of action for their pet. 
 
Microchipping 
The most effective means of re-uniting a lost pet with its owner. 
 
Puppy Pre-School 
A socialisation and training programme for your puppy, teaching basic obedience and discipline. 
 
Dog Training 
Obedience Training for dogs 6 months and older. 
 
Nutrition 
A range of quality pet foods, including premium and prescription diets.  
 
Hydrobath 
For all pets, with shampoo, towels and brushing provided. Or you can wash your pet yourself. 
 
Cat Clipping 
Give your special feline friend that "just out of the beauty parlour" feeling. 
 
Fees & Quoting 
The fees for our services are kept as low as possible and are based on Australian Veterinary Association average rates. We do ask for payment at the time of service, because keeping accounts increases our costs, thereby increasing your costs. We have EFTPOS facilities, and we accept all major credit cards. 
 
Where diagnostic, surgical or other treatment options are required, written estimates can be provided. 
 
Parking 
For the convenience of our clients, on-site parking is provided. Clients with special needs can phone our receptionist and we will ensure that a close and convenient parking space is available
