Rhub and Barbs Homemade Jam and Relish Scottsdale Tasmania

We, Rhub and Barb are situated in Scottsdale, North east Tasmania. Producing a large range of quality jam, relish and sauces.

As Cafe owner, emphazising on quality before quantity, we commenced our jam production some years back, mainly for the cafe use. But the clients wanted more so we commenced bottling our jam and a new business was started. 
 
A great deal of our produce are grown on the farms around Scottsdale. Rich soil, good water supply and brilliant weather, so a good start for a great product starts as always at the farm gate.We make all our products in small batches, a lot of handchopping is done, no big machinery being used.Our kitchen management have a qualified chef [co-owner} as well as a brilliant housewife cook [co-owner].Between us we are forever searching for ideas and recipe's. A new farm product crops up and we are again looking for a tempting recipee.
