T C M Pty Ltd is a Commercial Air Conditioning company located in Moonah TAS.

TCM is one of Tasmania's leading Building Services contractors, employing thirty fully qualified tradespeople, in the fields of HVAC Plumbing, Gas Fitting, Refrigeration, Welding, Electrical Contractors, Maintenance and Building Management. The company has a long history of providing a range of air conditioning, electrical, building management controls systems and maintenance services to the state of Tasmania.  
 
Angus MacLeod, the current Managing Director, and Bob Lewer, a leading figure in the Tasmanian Air Conditioning Industry, took control of Tasmanian Controls and Maintenance (TCM) on 30th August 1967. The primary area of work was air conditioning maintenance and controls.  
 
The Company expanded taking on the Satchwell (GEC) controls agency for Tasmania. Large controls and electrical installations were completed at St Johns Park and Launceston General Hospitals and the Hobart Lands Building in addition to many State Government maintenance contracts throughout the state.
