The Grange at Berry is a boutique Retirement Lifestyle Village for over 55's, located at Berry in the picturesque Shoalhaven Region of NSW.
The Grange at Berry is an award winning over 55's Retirement Lifestyle Village and consists of 60 large villa style residences on 5 acres of landscaped grounds, with facades to suit the dominant Victorian architectural flavour of Berry.
The charming village of Berry with its antiques and galleries is a short stroll away and the very popular monthly Berry Markets are just down the street.
All villas provide independent living, either 2 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms + den, with internal access to garages. A village manager is on site during office hours with 24 hours emergency assistance provided via monitoring with Illawarra Nursing Service.
The Broughton Club provides a focus point for the village and comprises a community room, lounge, kithen and dining area, computer kiosk, billiard room and swimming pool.
